1. Before power on, please check board or remote control cabinet switches to see whether there or flexible or damaged ones. The switch of “working” “standby”should be at “standby”mode.
2. Turn on air switch of rear cabinet of the machine, failure indicator will flash for a few seconds and then turn off. At this time, the machine is at standby state. When “working”“standby”switch is at “working”mode, the machine begins to work and there are voltage ouput. When inputting 380V three-phase power, the machine and failure indicator will flash if there are phase loss, over voltage or voltage shortage. And same case if there isn't any voltage and current output at all, or blocked machine ventilation.
3. For time control device, if the preset time is due, there would be music alarm, without output voltage and current. After manual or automatic restoration, the machine then runs normally. If plated matters are in bad contact, it also will give warnings and timing pauses automatically.
4. All buttons on selection box have same functions as those of knobs on the panel.
5. Blower fan of the machine blows outward. To blow inward, you can exchange any two phases of the three-phase wires. |
